Product Features of S1, S2 and S5 for Belt Fastener

• S1 belt clamp is made by a whole stamping, this ensures the uniform size of each unit, can interchange freely, and the combination precision is high.
• S4 and S5 are made with three special mechanical parts produced by the precision investment casting process. There are two materials, one is cast steel with surface galvanization, and another material is stainless steel type. Has a very strong clamp force.
• The belt fasteners can be combined freely and can suit different belt widths.
• The cast steel belt fasteners are treated by galvanization and anti-rust.
• Equipped with the locknut prevents the hardware from loose during the operation.

Belt Clamp Fastener Operation Notice Point:

• For different elevator belt tensile strength and belt width, choose the right belt fastener clamp model number and the quantity;
• Total elevator belt length=Elevator belt net round length+belt clamp fastener length (belt fastener length: S1 180mm, S2 190mm, S4 220mm and S5 230mm)
• Set a distance from both sides for the belt clamp, distance to edge S1/S2 60mm, S4/S5 80MM, along the belt edge, draw one central line to ensure the elevator belt leave in the line position while running.
