Chain of conveying system
A small return metal chain bucket is added to the chain. When the material is left, the small return hopper will transport the remaining material to the discharge port of the scraper.

Back sweep “paddle” and “V-shaped plough” structure
Due to the large impact force, the material at the feed port of the belt conveyor is likely to fall to the bottom return section and pass through the conveyor belt to the tail area.
When the material is conveyed to the end of the machine of the conveying system, the material is “distributed” to both sides of the belt conveyor through a “V-shaped plough” structure, and is thrown back to the upper conveyor section of the belt conveyor by the slightly inclined “paddle”.
Self-cleaning tail wheel
The self-cleaning “spindle”-shaped tail wheel is designed to centrifuge the material entering the tail to both sides, and then is swept back to the conveyor section of the belt conveyor by the flyback “paddle”.
Belt cleaner
When conveying wet or sticky materials, the materials may adhere to the surface of the belt and cannot be cleaned. A belt cleaner (scraper) can be configured to remove it.
The belt cleaner is generally made of soft, wear-resistant polyurethane and other materials, which can avoid damage to the belt surface while cleaning the attachments.
For special powder materials, brushes can also be configured to clean them.
